TRS trained personnel, using specialist equipment and chemicals, clean quickly, reduce rig costs, minimise POB and dramatically reduce oily waste. New e-Wash Microemulsion Technology, CEFAS Gold rated and bio-degradable, cleans faster and the chemistry allows fluid recycling to reduce waste and minimise shipping costs.
The TRS Endurance pumps utilised during every part of the operation are well known for their consistency, and have a reputation for reliability in pumping all manner of fluids including drill cuttings. Using the TRS Recycling Waste Gun, the RWG 500, allows No-man pit entry when cleaning pits. Oily Slops Processing
Through proven testing and utilising TRS specialised chemistry, discharge of processed oily slops can reach up to and could easily exceed 70% of total volume processed. With a robust minimalist approach and minor intervention treatment, TRS can process oil slops to easily dischargeable targets. Combining unique microemulsion chemistry with centrifuging and reliable transfer pumping systems, this effective process reduces shipping costs, high day rate equipment rental, onshore and landfill processing costs, and can be achieved with significantly less cost, while delivering major benefits to overall environmental impact.

It is also possible to rent TRS specialist pumping systems, which have been used historically by numerous operators, drilling contractors and service companies. Our pumps can add a degree of safety particularly to transfer any fluids independently of the rig/platforms circulatory system, eliminating contamination risk. This has included, but is not restricted to; fluid and chemical transfers, tank cleaning, riser draining and pumping, vessel cleaning, chemical spills, brine transfers – especially high cost brines, slurry pumping and transfers, emptying of column tanks and many more demanding applications.

The cleaning principles, equipment and techniques of TRS evolved from the early days of minimal discharge in the North Sea to efficiently handle and contain waste.
